Modern pulse measurement to drive engagement and well-being

Pulse measurement or agile employee surveys are used to continuously monitor employee well-being. At Quicksearch, we offer several different heart rate measurements where Flourish is our latest, most modern option. Why measure heart rate?

When we looked at research and drew conclusions from the relationship with our customers, we came to the conclusion that it the traditional employee survey should not be replaced but supplemented with a more agile and pulsed version. An annual major employee survey gives HR and/or the management team insights to work with in the long term. Flourish contributes with a more direct and relationship-building questioning that drives the teams forward.

In the same way that the budget is not followed up once a year, we believe that the employees' working environment and well-being also need to be followed up on an ongoing basis. Taking a pulse also sheds light on which areas the organization, vis-à-vis the employees, considers important. In many cases, heart rate measurements can help activate desirable behaviors.

 

How does it work pulse measurement with Flourish?

Flourish is a simple and cloud-based system to which each individual team manager has his own login. Inside the system, the team manager selects areas that the team has decided to work on together.

Flourish then helps to automatically collect feedback via a chat (such as Facebook Messenger, Microsoft Teams or Slack) and suggest what actions should be taken to speed up the team's improvement work.

There are two ways to get started with Flourish. If you are prepared to do parts of the work yourself, we recommend that you choose our self setup solution, which is our cheapest option. However, if help is desired to ensure a successful onboarding, we recommend you choose our consultant setup.
