The value of measuring exit?

A frightening number of companies do not take advantage of the views or measurements from the exit interviews, which increases the risk of more employees leaving for the same reason, for example due to shortcomings in introduction that were not discovered and then cannot have been remedied. Why should you follow up on exit calls on an ongoing basis?

Carrying out measurements on why employees choose to end their employment, also known as exit, is an important supplement to the usual employee survey. 

If you do not take advantage of the views from the exit interview, the risk of more employees quitting for the same reason, for example due to dissatisfaction with the workplace, tasks or management, increases. 

With the help of our short, smart measurements, deficiencies within the organization are identified, which may not always have been brought up in the conversations, which gives the opportunity to act to avoid unnecessary and costly staff turnover in the future. 

How does it work measurement of exit?

The measurement of exit is done in connection with the exit call. Usually afterwards, so that the employee can submit points of view that he might not have dared to express during the actual conversation.

Support Agreement 

SEK 350/month per contact person.

Support agreement means that the contact person has access to support and advice up to 5 hours per month. Unused time is not transferred to the following month.
