Introduction, also called onboarding, is a process that integrates your new employees into the company and your culture. With the help of our short and smart measurements [surveys], you ensure the quality of your introductions without unnecessary administration, which gives you the opportunity to act immediately in the event of any dissatisfaction. Instead, we give you the conditions to create a loyal and productive ambassador in each new employee.
Why measure onboarding?
Getting a good onboarding as a new employee is the key to future loyalty and commitment. Companies with a well-functioning process for onboarding generally have employees who stay longer as well as a higher degree of commitment and greater trust in both the immediate manager and management.
Onboarding should give the employee:
- Perception of one's own work tasks and the connection with those of others.
- Insight into how the business generally works and what risks exist in the business.
A successful onboarding process integrates new hires into the company and its culture, as well as providing them with tools, resources and knowledge to increase productivity and create loyal employees, i.e. ambassadors.
A poorly executed onboarding, on the other hand, leads to the opposite and can, in the worst case, contribute to the new employee choosing to end their employment prematurely.
How does an ongoing measurement of your onboarding process work?
The measurement is carried out after completion of onboarding, which can advantageously be divided into several stages; for example, a measurement is made one month after the new employee has started his employment and another measurement six months later. Choose to start from our standard question battery or your own questions that you want answered.
Some of the most common questions are:
- Based on the introduction you have received with us; how likely is it that you would recommend # company # as a workplace to a friend or acquaintance?
- What do you think worked well in the introduction? What could be better?
- I think the introduction I received lives up to my expectations of how a good introduction should be.

Setup of an ongoing Insight process (e.g. recruitment, Onboarding, Exit, Alumni), i.e. programming and construction of survey, results portal, results login and manager report template (ppt).
Any integration is offered separately, i.e. setup of automation of respondent list.
Support Agreement
SEK 350/month per contact person.
Support agreement means that the contact person has access to support and advice up to 5 hours per month. Unused time is not transferred to the following month.
