Now your personal data gets even stronger protection when the GDPR (EU's Data Protection Regulation) replaces the PUL (Personal Data Act).

WHAT IS PERSONAL DATA?

Processing of personal data includes all handling of personal data, for example; collection, analysis, registration and storage.
WHO IS RESPONSIBLE FOR PERSONAL DATA?
The person in charge of personal data is the person who, alone or together with another, determines the purposes and means for the processing of the personal data and who is ultimately responsible for the processing taking place in accordance with the applicable personal data legislation. Quicksearch is responsible for data collected by the company, but in our research services we often act as personal data assistant for our customers, where it is our customer who is responsible for personal data.
WHAT DATA IS COLLECTED BY QUICKSEARCH?
Depending on the service you use, we may collect the following information:

- Address
- Email address
- Phone number
- IP address
- Social security number
- Other information that you provide yourself on the website and its services
When you use the website and its services, certain information may be collected automatically. Information about your usage and technical data, which may include your URL through which you access the website and its services, your IP address, your device ID, network and computer performance information, browser type, language and identification information and operating system. The information is static and you as a user become anonymous without the possibility of being identified.

AS RESPONDENT / RESPONDENT TO A SURVEY
Quicksearch conducts surveys and provides survey services to our customers. We process the personal data that appears in these surveys as an assistant to the respective customer. We therefore refer to the respective customer / sender of the survey if you want to know what information is processed.
AS CUSTOMER / USER OF THE SYSTEM
As a customer of Quicksearch, we process information that is relevant to our contractual relationship, including contact information, contact and user data provided through the contractual relationship.

HOW LONG DO WE KEEP YOUR PERSONAL DATA?
We save your personal data as long as it is needed for the purposes stated above and as long as you are a customer or as long as it must be saved due to legal requirements, after which the data is removed or de-identified. Information older than 3 years is not used for marketing purposes.
WHO CAN WE SHARE YOUR PERSONAL DATA WITH?
Your personal data may be shared with other companies that perform services on our behalf, for example analysis, distribution or other services to fulfill the agreement to which you are a party.
We will not share, sell, transfer or otherwise disclose personal information beyond what is stated in this privacy policy, unless we are required to do so as a result of a court order or if we have obtained your consent to such disclosure. If there is a suspicion that you have committed a crime in connection with the use of the website and its services, information may be disclosed to authorities upon request. This does not exclude that we may use personal data processors who process personal data on our behalf in accordance with written personal data processor agreements and our instructions. Personal data processors who gain access to your personal data (eg when we use a third party to carry out payment transactions or store information on a server), are not given any right to use your personal data for purposes other than the purposes set out in this personal data policy.
YOUR RIGHTS
According to EU data protection legislation, you as a user have certain statutory rights in relation to the personal data we handle about you. You have the right to access your personal data, the right to correction and deletion and the right to object to processing, for example direct marketing. You also have the right to complain to the national data protection authority, Datainspektionen.
