How does it work?

We provide ready-made feedback units consisting of a sturdy floor stand, a tablet and a clear sign on which you highlight your graphic profile. 

The tablet is prepared and configured with us. The feedback terminal is delivered directly to the place it is supposed to be, when it is delivered, just plug in the power cord and turn on the tablet and your questions will appear. The tablet is locked to our question app, which means that you can be sure that the devices are not used for anything else. The tablet is equipped with a SIM card and is monitored remotely for additional operational security.

You create the questions yourself in our web portal, you can start from our ready-made survey templates or create your own questions. You can ask one or more questions to your customers. We offer several different question types, for example: Net Promoter Score ® (NPS question), smilies (happy and sad smiley men), yes or no question, multiple choice question and free text. 

As soon as any of your customers or visitors answer the touchscreen survey, the answers are uploaded to our web portal where you can follow the answers. You can easily see the answers per place, region or in total. You control which users should have access to which reports or devices. The answers are displayed in clear reports with visual graphs that make it easy to find insights and follow and act on the answers.

You access the web portal via your usual browser, no installation is required and you always have the latest version. All responses are stored GDPR-securely on our servers located within the EU.

Easy handling

We have developed the system so that it will be as easy to work in it as it is to answer the questions, so you will quickly and easily get started. To get off to a flying start, we go through the system together and guide you to your first examination.

Users can access the reports by logging in with their personal login details or by following the login link in the weekly or monthly report email that users can subscribe to.

The result

The system automatically generates a clear report with visual graphs and charts of the answers.

The reports are adjustable and can easily be made even more insightful by adding more visualizations and by combining the answers to different questions.

The results can also be loaded into QuickSearch Analytics to combine with other surveys and data sources.
