A large part of our work at Quicksearch is about being responsible for the overall view within the information and knowledge transformation of the feedback process.
Information is an abstract concept. One definition is that information is one of the most used raw materials of our time, which is combined with other data sources and refined to be able to answer questions, support decisions and make forecasts about the future. Information can take many types of forms, be interpreted differently depending on the perspective from which the information is viewed and fulfill varying needs depending on how the information is to be used.
This is something we at Quicksearch constantly have to keep in mind when we start a new project. In order to optimize the feedback process, it must be taken into account that there are different types of perspectives to keep in mind. A common image between all those involved in the project lays a stable common foundation to stand on.
As information processing changes in the feedback industry as new technologies are introduced, new processing processes are developed. Some of these new technologies that create new opportunities to process information in the feedback processes today are Machine learning, Big data, etc. To make it easier for these processes to be implemented and work for our customers, a major focus of our work is how the information is transferred, translated and transformed . We must always ensure that our own development keeps pace with the introduction of new technologies, needs and requirements within our industry.
Our goal at Quicksearch is that together with our customers we find solutions for the feedback process that fit and add unique value. We achieve this by constantly keeping our customers' perspective in mind.
