Quicksearch's history began in the mid-90s when our founders Ulf Larsson and Jonas Malmberg met. After studying together at university and working as quality consultants in the hotel and restaurant industry, they began to investigate the connection between improvement work and feedback. Quicksearch began to take shape and was founded in 1997 with the aim of helping companies that need to be able to quickly communicate with their customers and employees to capture important and current issues.
Succeeding with the start-up company came to be very much about time and timing. The Internet really started to take off in the late 90s, which enabled the start of digital feedback. In step with new technological possibilities, Quicksearch developed its feedback platform, which became increasingly advanced. With an in-house development department, fast and event-driven feedback solutions were created that suited both large and small companies regardless of industry.
Since its inception, Quicksearch has gone from consisting of two students to today roughly 30 employees and two sister companies. We can proudly say that today we are counted as one of the major players in the survey industry in Sweden. Customer and employee feedback has also increased in importance in a transparent world where opinions about goods and services spread faster and with explosive reach. Many companies today see the customer and employee experience as the most important KPI, which lays the foundation for strategic decisions and adds value in both marketing and employer branding.
In June this year, we celebrated our 20th birthday by inviting employees, friends, customers and partners to the restaurant Salt by the beach in Tylösand. In addition to a wonderful party atmosphere among the guests, delicious food, emotional speeches and various performances were offered. The evening ended with a crackling fireworks show.
Quicksearch's motto is recommendation, action and care, which should permeate everything we do - from the product we deliver to our relationship with customers and between employees. We are convinced that if we continue to deliver feedback solutions worth recommending, constantly push the company forward and show how much we care, we will continue to be a fantastic workplace and a supplier that customers want to work with. It lays the foundation for us to continue to be a leading player in feedback for at least another 20 years.
