Pulse measurements with Flourish, how does it work?
With Flourish, you measure the "pulse" of your employees through frequent and short surveys. Pulse measurements can replace or supplement the annual survey, but with Flourish, the manager chooses exactly which questions to answer depending on what the manager wants answers to and what changes he wishes to see in the team.
