On May 2-3, we at Quicksearch had a very rewarding networking meeting for Sweden's universities and colleges. Nine representatives from seven different higher education institutions were on hand to share and brainstorm ideas about, among other things, the Swedish Work Environment Agency's new regulations regarding organizational and social work environment, the borderless working life and employee surveys.
A compilation of the national report for higher education institutions was presented and gave rise to a number of interesting discussions.
During these two days, the insights flowed, which hopefully caused the participants to leave the Waterfront Building with lots of energy and new insights.
We at Quicksearch are already looking forward to next year's networking event!
