In the Swedish Medicines Agency's press release 28-03-2014 - about the very positive result they got through the Employee Survey that was recently carried out in collaboration with us at Quicksearch.
"The Swedish Medicines Agency's recent employee survey shows a positive result. The survey shows an overall employee index of 71, which means that the Medical Products Agency is above the index for authorities that carried out such a survey in 2013. There, the index was 67.
The employee survey was carried out by the company Quicksearch during the period 17 February to 3 March and is to some extent a new form of survey which makes it easier to see how the Swedish Medicines Agency compares to other authorities and organisations. It is also designed in such a way that any development measures can be worked out in a simpler way.
The response rate was 91 percent of the authority's staff, which means that 704 of the authority's 771 employees participated in the survey.
- The fact that so many of our employees have taken the time to answer the survey is very good for reliability and also a proof of positive commitment on the part of the staff, says Läkemedelsverket's HR Director Thomas Ekvall.
We at Quicksearch are very happy to be a contributing part of this positive development at the Medical Products Agency.
