We have the great pleasure of inviting you to this year's networking days for universities and colleges!
This is a unique opportunity for you who work with HR to be inspired and exchange knowledge and experience on current HR topics with industry colleagues from all over Sweden.
The days alternate with lectures, exercises and group discussions. At the networking days, there is a non-prestige and open climate where you help, support and encourage each other in current HR issues, which has been very much appreciated in previous years.
Who are we?
We who organize the meeting have 20 years of experience in helping companies to develop with the help of feedback from employees and customers. Within HR, we offer both employee surveys, pulse measurements, analyzes and consulting services regarding improvement work. We are now organizing the networking days for the 7th year in a row.

During the days, we will go through the following themes:
National Benchmark Report
We present the 2019 benchmark report for Swedish universities and colleges. How do you compare to the industry average when it comes to, for example, willingness to recommend among your employees (eNPS)? Which universities, colleges and higher education institutions are at the top and why do you think that is so? We reflect and discuss together.
Extended Disc
Extended DISC is an analysis method that creates self-insight around behavior and communication styles, and has been shown to add great value to individual, leadership and group development.
With various tools and exercises, our Extended Disc-certified consultants show how colleges and universities can concretely work with the method based on the results of the employee survey.
Change management
Catrin Brodin guides us through how to manage successful change work in the port. We get to share success keys for HR to support the organization in change.
Catrin has many years of experience from HR and change work in large, global organizations and over the years has led many different types of change projects. Now Catrin runs the company Way!, has written a book about change and is a highly regarded lecturer, course leader and change leader.

Has the Me Too campaign brought about any change? Do you keep track of how employees perceive you as an employer and do your employees know where they can turn if they are exposed to discrimination? Managers in an organization not only have a human responsibility, managers also have a legal obligation to see and act if there is suspicion of, or is occurring, sexual harassment or other forms of offensive discrimination.
We at Quicksearch share our experience and knowledge of measuring and following up all aspects of abusive differential treatment and discrimination as well as bullying and harassment in our employee survey.
Ongoing HR measurements
We believe in measuring the employee experience in all parts of the employee lifecycle. Through this, you get ongoing control and can therefore take the necessary measures in time when it comes to e.g. recruitment, introduction or exit talks. With an automated flow, it becomes both time- and cost-effective for HR and the entire organization. We go through examples of how it can be done to succeed with ongoing employee feedback at universities and colleges.
Tender
Before a procurement, there are a number of questions you should ask yourself. What is especially important for your organization and how do you capture this in a procurement? Together we discuss different arrangements and what you experience as their pros and cons.
