Why measure on-hold calls?
To avoid employees leaving and you as a company losing skills, we recommend holding retention talks.
The purpose of the conversation is to ensure that the employee has the conditions to continue developing and to examine how to preserve and strengthen the skills the employee has. Perhaps there is a need for specialization in the area or the opportunity to develop further in something else.
The difference to the employee call is that stay-at-home calls are one extra effort to preserve competence and retain the employee within the organization.

How does it work measurement of on-hold calls?
The product is well suited for companies that have identified a group (for example, when you have been employed for 2 years) that needs an extra effort to increase engagement and continue to develop within the company and not apply further.
We ask about the quality of the conversation itself, the experience after the meeting (feeling of motivation, understanding, expectations, being able to influence) and how likely it is to continue working in 3 years.
The measurement should go out after a stay-at-home call, alternatively the survey is sent without the meeting being held (but then without the meeting questions).
The common denominator is that regardless of measurement in HR, annual or ongoing, eNPS® is measured, i.e. the willingness to recommend.

Support Agreement
SEK 350/month per contact person.
Support agreement means that the contact person has access to support and advice up to 5 hours per month. Unused time is not transferred to the following month.
