Why Insight employee survey?

Insight employee survey is based on your organization's situation to identify in which areas development measures should be taken to create a working climate that improves operations.​

The method is based on the principle that increased participation creates better conditions for implementing and succeeding with changes.​

It gives managers, employees and management a good basis for working further and creating constructive discussions that drive development at several levels within the organization.​

The employee survey consists of 4 main areas (index areas):​

How does it work the?

  • The employees answer the survey's questions via e-mail, login via link and employment number or SMS directly on the phone or computer.
  • The result is fed back to all organizational units that have enough responses. 
  • The manager receives his login via email to a web-based results portal with his results, where he can easily download finished reports and present them to his group. The report contains comparisons, benchmarks and suggestions for improvements.
