Why Insight Flex?
Insight Flex can be used as a complement to the annual employee survey where you follow up on parts to ensure that the organization is on the right track. The user controls the employee survey based on three parts;

How does it work Insight Flex?
- Managers, HR or other selected users select questions/areas, recipient group and sending page via the portal.
- Respondents simply answer the survey via computer, phone or tablet. Send automatic reminders to those who do not complete their survey within 2 weeks.
- The respondents' answers are read directly into the results portal where the user gets access to read, analyze and present results.
- The manager receives support for interpretation and ready-made presentation material in PowerPoint that is downloaded from the portal.
