How does working at home work?
New times with home offices and the same statutory requirements for a good working environment mean that we have to find new ways to find out how working life works regardless of where we work. That is why we are now launching the digital work environment round, a survey that quickly provides the answer to how the conditions for a good work environment work, both physically and psychosocially.
An investment in employee health
After a year of working in the home office for many white-collar companies, there is probably more talk about shoulder pain and missing coffee breaks than ever.
It is important to know that the employer has a statutory responsibility to find out how the employees feel and what their work environment looks like, regardless of where we are physically located. What we do know is that the work environment in the home office has different challenges than in an office. We need to find new ways to keep in touch with each other, create time for reflection and ensure that we have good ergonomics.
That is why we offer a quick and simple work environment tour that is carried out entirely digitally. The results provide you with a data-based basis for how you need to prepare for the workplace of the future.
How does a digital work environment tour take place?
- We send out the survey via e-mail or SMS
- The questionnaire contains questions about contact with managers and colleagues, the possibility of breaks, psychosocial impact, ergonomics and much more.
- You get access to the data via the portal
- You also receive an overall report including analysis and proposals for direct and long-term measures
Why should we do a digital work environment tour?
- Because all employers have responsibility for their employees' working environment, regardless of where we work
- To prevent preventable injuries and to identify work environment risks and give employees the right tools for a good work environment
- To get a current overview of how the employees are doing and to be able to implement measures in the event of risks of ill health.
- To be able to make data-driven decisions about how we as a workplace want to relate to home work now and in the future.

Products for annual and ongoing employee surveys
The classic annual employee survey follows up major issues, such as that the workplace is free from discrimination, that the employees feel safe in their workplace and/or that they know and live by the company's values. Ongoing employee surveys measure HR processes, such as recruitment, induction or exit, and are used to capture feedback and identify deficiencies in routines and management on an ongoing basis throughout the year. Pulsar captures what happens in everyday life in the teams. Often a combination of the various methods is the best - Let the need guide.
