An essential success factor for delivering high quality within the set time frame is a well-proven and established delivery method. The quicksearch method is based on 20 years of experience and uses a 6-step model that we follow up with feedback.
1) You know what you are getting.
All our assignments must have clear delivery criteria and customer value (output) specified in the quotation and agreement. We go through this at the start of the project and follow up on what you received upon delivery.
2) We select the right team and become your partner.
In every project, we must offer a clear and competent contact person. A person who with a clear presence runs the project with the right resources (team), makes reconciliations and helps you.
3) You get our experiences.
In all projects, we carry out a needs analysis after a while and describe your opportunities and challenges. We must always offer an analysis and training on how you can use feedback (and Quicksearch) so that you get maximum customer benefit.
4) We check that feedback is correct.
All projects have quality assurance elements. Continuously during the project, we follow up the delivery and any deviations are documented and remedied. As a customer, you must receive an explanation of what happened, the time when the error has been rectified and what has been done/should be done to prevent it from occurring again.
5) Customer service as it should be.
In the collaboration, we are responsible for making use of knowledge, working methods, opportunities and experiences. With efficient systems, we must provide fast service and handle any changes in people.

After we have worked together for a while, we undertake to schedule an evaluation meeting to see if we have delivered correctly and together develop your feedback skills.
