Surely no one would dream of measuring their finances only once a year?
A survey is completely meaningless if no follow-up is done. What does it look like three months later, or six months later? Measuring regularly is a prerequisite for being able to follow changes in attitudes and approaches.
In the same way, we look at attitudes and commitment. An annual employee survey is not enough.

Conducting a survey is only the first part of an organization's improvement work and it is important that the entire organization moves forward.
By having the employees work together in suitably large groups with the results as a basis and with a clear model for how this should be done, we see time and time again great progress being made when it comes to developing the business. Together with our customers, we have experienced small miracles when groups that had collaboration problems with little support were able to take big steps towards improving the working climate by actually daring to talk about what might be difficult. Involve the employees in the improvement work through workshops.

If a picture is worth a thousand words, then imagine what a film can do!
A film in the survey helps you convey your message and also reminds the respondent of the importance of participating and the possibility of influence. You can also use the movie in combination with background variables so that the employee gets a movie that is linked to their part of the organization. Or as a thank you at the end to all those who answered the entire survey.
An informative film at the beginning of the survey can facilitate answering. A film at the end of the survey that arouses curiosity in some way and becomes a talking point internally, can increase the response rate and become something that the recipient would like to see themselves and therefore answer the survey.
