- Managers get a login to a web-based portal with their results from the pulse measurement compared to the entire company/organization over time
- The manager can easily download finished reports and present them to his group, the report contains comparisons, benchmarks and help for activities

Pulse measurement is a shorter type of employee survey that aims to continuously collect feedback from the business.
