We at Quicksearch have the privilege of working with most of Sweden's universities and colleges. For the seventh year in a row, we have arranged networking days for those who work in the HR field in the industry.
These days have been very much appreciated by the participants, who get the opportunity to share knowledge and experiences about HR within the academy in a non-prestigious way.

This year we reviewed the latest national benchmark report for higher education institutions and participants had the opportunity to reflect on the numbers. The audience was also able to take part in change leader Catrin Brodin's lecture on HR's role in successful change work.
We also went into how we can work with harassment, discrimination and offensive differential treatment and what effects the Me Too campaign had in that work.
Furthermore, the network participants learned about ongoing process measurements, Extended DISC analyses as well as the latest technology by hands-on testing our new chatbot Flourish to develop teams.
We had an energetic group on site who were happy to share their thoughts and reflections in order to succeed even better with the HR work around, for example the employee survey.
We feel both energized and inspired after these days and thank you who were there. We are already looking forward to the 2020 meeting, where we hope to see even more universities and colleges on site.
