At the beginning of February, it was time for this year's network meeting for universities and colleges. Ten participants from six higher education institutions were on hand to take part in the recently compiled benchmark report for 2017 and discuss a variety of interesting topics. This year we focused on stress from the perspective of universities and colleges and the importance of recovery.
In this year's benchmark report, we compared the results from the most recently completed employee survey for 15 higher education institutions. The report makes it possible to set your own university's results in relation to other actors in the same field. Response rate, employee index and eNPS are some of the areas discussed during the briefing.
We are especially happy that Margareta Bratt Carlström from Karolinska Institutet and Greta Hogstad and Jan Fellenius from Uppsala University each held a block. Margareta focused on stressors at work, while Greta and Jan led a workshop on how to get from results presentation to action plan. Many thanks to you!
After an autumn loaded with exciting procurements, next year we will be able to present a benchmark report in which even more universities are included. The work on this year's employee surveys for universities and colleges is in full swing and we are really looking forward to all the wonderful collaborations.
