.. and wanted to know more about Nordic Bench's report on car workshops which resulted in a article.

1700 car owners were asked how willing they are to recommend their car repair shop to others. Of the ten players that take part in the reports, Toyota is the clear winner with an NPS value of 42. Their value is higher than the industry average in all the areas covered in the report. The survey measures the entire process, from the booking experience to payment.

- The analysis shows that customers with company cars are generally more critical and less inclined to recommend their garage than customers with private cars are. This therefore benefits Toyota authorized car workshops, which have a smaller proportion of customers with company cars than many other brand workshops in the study have, says Jan Borg, vice president of Nordic Bench.
