Halmstad Golf Club in Tylösand was named Sweden's best golf facility in 2014 when the World Golf Awards held its big gala and awards ceremony in Portugal this weekend.
Club director Christian Jakobsson from Halmstad Golfklubb is one of Quicksearch's biggest ambassadors and works actively according to the Net Promoter System model to customer-focus the business every day.
In a usability study Quicksearch conducted last spring, Christian was interviewed and it emerged that he uses Quicksearch's Net Promoter System to increase customer loyalty and engage employees through feedback from the players. He follows his results and compares himself to clubs nearby and throughout Sweden. He reacts directly to negative feedback and contacts disgruntled players and uses positive feedback to empower employees by passing it on to employees. He also has the option to use positive comments to show the positive judgment also from other players.
According to Christian, Quicksearch's Feedback system is the first thing he opens in the morning every day!
On an annual basis, Halmstad Golfklubb invites customers to a customer council and discusses how the club can do to become even better and raise its NPS.
