Quicksearch participation in P1 morning's feature on employee surveys and to succeed in taking the step between results and action
Background
The feature is based on research at Lund University and the good example of ATEA, which Quicksearch has worked with for many years, where in a strategic and purposeful way they managed to take the step between results and action with very good results.
A large percentage of Swedish companies carry out employee surveys, that is, they send out questionnaires to the employees to get a picture of the situation in the workplace from the perspective of the employees. But surprisingly few have a strategy for how the results from the employees should be used, according to researchers at Lund University who are currently looking at the surveys. Hear one of the researchers, Peter Svensson, who is participating in a research project about the surveys.
